HIIT Workouts

These high intensity interval workouts will give you a full dose of cardio while also toning your muscles through body-weight exercises. You’ll feel refreshed and energized after you get your body moving and continue to burn calories throughout the day.

Sculpt and Body-Weight Training

Through body-weight resistance training combined with ab and glute work, you’ll get a full body workout that will help you get leaner and stronger. You can do these exercises using body-weight only with no equipment needed, or increase the intensity with weights.

Pilates

Get ready for pilates like you’ve never experienced before! The pilates workouts in this program give you an incredible fusion of ab chiselling and total body defining moves that will help you develop a rock-solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. 

Barre

You’ll work on sculpting long, lean, muscles, improve flexibility, balance, & posture! Core toning is a definite bonus ;) Many say that after only 5 classes you will see changes in your body — strength gained and you’ll look more toned in those hard-to-target muscles areas. No matter age or fitness level, anyone can hit the barre and get results!

What I love most about this program is that there’s so much variety. 
I am never doing the same workouts and my muscles are always challenged because of it. Lesley incorporates so many different aspects of exercise into her classes, and I love that each class is as hard as you want to make it.
